Terms of service for the quell architecture system. These conditions apply directly to all base layers, source files, and design assets distributed by Ortiz Design Studio.

1. Digital License & Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the quell CSS base layer in your personal and commercial projects. You may modify the code to fit your needs. However, you may not redistribute, resell, or sub-license the raw source files as standalone products.

2. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable source code), all sales are final. Once access to the code files has been granted, we cannot offer refunds. Please review the documentation carefully before purchasing.

Limitation of Liability

quell Architecture System is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any damages, bugs, or layout breakages that may occur in your software as a result of using our code layers.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
