License Summary
This document is a plain-language summary of the rights granted under the End User License Agreement (EULA). It is provided for convenience only. If there is any conflict between this document and the EULA, the EULA governs.
What You May Do
After purchasing a valid license, you may:
- Use quell-base.css in unlimited personal, commercial, and client projects.
- Build websites, web applications, design systems, and other digital products.
- Deploy the Software in development, staging, and production environments.
- Use the Software across multiple domains and websites that you own or develop for clients.
- Store the Software in private version-control repositories.
- Allow employees, contractors, or collaborators working on your project to use the Software as Authorized Users, provided they comply with the EULA.
- Charge clients for projects created using the Software.
What You May Not Do
You may not:
- Redistribute or resell the Software as a standalone product.
- Sublicense the Software to third parties.
- Publish the Software in public repositories where it can be downloaded independently.
- Incorporate the Software into a competing CSS architecture, framework, toolkit, starter kit, template, or similar product for redistribution.
- Remove or circumvent the licensing terms described in the EULA.
Ownership
Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the Software. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.
All rights not expressly granted remain with Ortiz Design Studio.
